If you are looking for a place away from the world surrounded by nature. An isolated place to relax and take refuge, located on the bank of the river and next to a crossroads of rural roads for long walks on foot and by bike … This is your house !! Conditioned and authentic, without some of the luxuries of modern houses but with a basic kitchen, heating by a powerful pellet stove and night-rate accumulators, a covered area for barbecue, terrace overlooking the river and garden.

Space
During the winter months, and while the use restrictions due to COVID remain in force, the use of the house is limited to the 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchenette described in this announcement. The outdoor areas are available as always.

Other highlights
The house has a clean water well for sanitary use. for him there are 2 packs of bottled water.
Due to its location on the river bank, the mill is equipped with a septic tank with “green” filters. We ask guests not to flush toilet paper and use the bins instead.
The heating in the living / dining room is with a pellet stove. There will be enough bags of pellets for a weekend stay. More bags can be purchased at most gas stations in the area.
